Once the best of friends As children in the lawless city of Biloxi, Keith Rudy and Hugh Malco to be close. But as they grew up their lives took very different paths. How the deadliest of enemies Keith followed in his father's footsteps and enrolled in law school, rising through the ranks to become a feared prosecutor determined to rid Biloxi of crime.
