Sophie Beckett dreams of getting into a carriage and going to a ball at least once. Instead, she gathers her stepmother's daughters for social events. Her own father made sure that Sophie had a roof over her head, because where else would an earl's bastard have a better place to live? But in the arms of the strong and handsome Benedict Bridgerton, Sophie feels like royalty!
