Zachary Yin never had the opportunity to learn more about his Chinese heritage. His mother raised him alone and was always busy making a living, and at school they only studied Western history and myths. So Zach was completely unprepared when he learned that he was born to receive the spirit of China's first emperor. The boy has an important mission to complete: to close the portal to the Chinese underworld before the Ghost Month begins, otherwise the gateway for spirits will open so wide that nothing can be done to stop it. The mission immediately goes off course. The first emperor makes an unsuccessful attempt to settle in Zak's body, but instead becomes attached to his AR gaming headset.
