Facultatis chemiae. Universitatis Studiorum Mickiewiczianae Posnaniensis

This volume presents achievements of the Faculty of Chemistry of Adam Mickiewicz University. The variety of projects with which the Faculty members deal shows that they research all the most important disciplines of modern chemistry, The mission of the Faculty, apart from teaching and research is a varied co-operation with inhabitants of Wielkopolska (Great Poland). From what one finds in the subsequent volumes of our journal, they can see that the Faculty has a potential which guarantees realisation of teaching and research goals and tasks formulated in such a way. The main lines of research work conducted by 74 research teams are connected both with basic sciences and applied chemistry. This potential is reflected in the list of more than 300 entries containing shorter publications and monographs, published mostly in well-known and prestigious journals of international renown, as well as patents, licences and implementations. Faculty of Chemistry co-operates with numerous scientific centres and industry at home and abroad.
